We are all about the student-athletes. Everything we do is aimed at instill confidence in young student-athletes. We accomplish this through funding programs and events that provide children the opportunity to compete. Even more than that, we ensure they have what they need to compete from
Playing sports in childhood can have a lasting impact on a person's psychology. It can teach them valuable lessons about time leadership, habits, health, success, adversity, and working with others.
A supportive team around young athletes can instill confidence in them and help them to reach their full potential. When they know that their teammates have their back, it allows them to take risks and push themselves further than they ever thought possible. In turn, seeing each other succeed instills confidence within the entire team, which creates a positive feedback loop of support and encouragement.
A team's uniform is more than just a shirt and shorts. It is a symbol of unity, identity, and purpose. When a team takes the field wearing matching uniforms, they are conveying a message of cohesion and commitment. This can be a powerful psychological boost, instilling confidence in the team and making them more likely to play their best.

Brent grew up in Middletown, Ohio and attended Bishop Fenwick High School where he was a 3 year starter on the boys varsity basketball team. He then attended the University of Cincinnati where he obtained his Bachelors & Masters of Science in Sport Adminstration.
After graduation, Brent worked as an inside sales associate for The Minnesota Timberwolves and was in the position for 2 years. While in Minnesota, he was also an adminstrator for a youth basketball league as well as the head coach for a special olympics basketball team, which helped him discover his true passion of impacting the next generation through athletics.
He returned home to Ohio and began working in the CPS district athletics office during the 2017-18 school year with a focus on elementary sport programming for K-6th grade students. Since his time in CPS, the district has seen growth in a variety of elementary sport opportunities as it strives to provide equitable sport opportunities to all students.
Brent is excited to continue to work with Cincinnati Public Schools and ‘Be Greater With’ to positively impact the next generation of student-athletes!
